Frequently Asked Questions
Leaderboard submissions require an active internet connection. If you were offline during your run the score won't sync. Connect to wifi or mobile data and your next run will submit normally.
Daily challenges reset every 24 hours at midnight UTC. Depending on your timezone this may appear to reset at an unexpected local time. This is normal behavior.
Close the app fully and reopen it. If the purchase still isn't reflecting, go to the Shop and tap the item again — you will not be charged twice and it will restore your purchase automatically.
Ship unlocks, color palettes, and points are stored locally on your device. Reinstalling the app will reset local progress. Your leaderboard score is saved globally and will remain intact.
Complete all 10 daily challenges in a single day. The Event Horizon ship cannot be purchased — it is a challenge-only reward.
Gravity Well is optimized for modern devices. If you experience performance issues try closing other apps running in the background and restarting the game.
Your pilot name is set on first launch and is currently permanent as it is tied to your global leaderboard entry. A name change option is planned for a future update.
